If you are not satisfied with our AI engine services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your monthly subscription fee. This applies to all subscription tiers (Spark, Momentum, Dominance, Apex).
Eligibility: First-time subscribers only, within 30 days of initial payment

Timeline: Refunds processed within 10 business days
Method: Refunded to original payment method
Monthly Subscriptions: After the 30-day guarantee period, monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew by default. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before each renewal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
Performance Share Component: Performance share fees (applicable to Momentum, Dominance, and Apex tiers) are calculated based on verified, attributable revenue growth and are non-refundable once the measurement period concludes.
Refunds via bank transfer to original sending account. Processing: 5-10 business days.
Refunds returned to the original account. Processing: 3-7 business days.
Processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Processing: 5-10 business days.
Refunds in same currency at exchange rate at time of refund. Processing: 1-3 business days.
